Electric Adventure Hub United States Shipping Policy.
Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once we receive your order, we will immediately contact our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 2 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment: If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at info@electricadventurehub.com.
Shipping Charges:
Flat Rate: $15 for orders under $99.
Shipping Options:
- Curb-side Pickup: Our base shipping option is completely free and typically takes between 5-7 days to arrive at your doorstep after your order is placed.
- Threshold Shipping: This includes the item being brought onto your porch or into a sheltered area, such as a garage.
- White Glove Delivery: This includes the item being brought into your room of choice, minor assembly, and the removal of all boxes and packaging. Please note, saunas will not be assembled.
No Shipping outside the USA: (Some exceptions apply; if the website allows checkout with your shipping address, you will receive your order. Some products are available in Canada).

Refunds/Exchanges:
- Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel your order anytime before it ships at no cost (exceptions apply for custom orders). For questions, contact info@electricadventurehub.com or call (234) 231 0585.
- Cancellations (Before Order Ships): Contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order before it leaves the warehouse for a full refund.
- Cancellations of Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these are produced specifically for your order. These include brands like Outdoor Plus, Fire By Design, Fireplaces, etc.
- Refunds and Returns: If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs during the returns and exchange processes. Not all orders are eligible for return once shipped. Any returns may incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs.
Shipping Times: We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times are provided on product pages and are subject to change due to supply chain issues or other factors beyond our control. Please be patient during these times and understand that delays may occur.
Damages: Inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If there is any damage, note it and take pictures, then report it to info@electricadventurehub.com within 24 hours.
Warranty: Warranties vary by manufacturer. See individual product pages for details. Warranty claims do not cover damages reported after 30 days unless otherwise specified.
BOGO Promotions: Both items must be returned for a full refund in BOGO promotions. If only one item is returned, you will receive a replacement or store credit.
Chargebacks: Please contact us before filing a chargeback to resolve any issues. We are committed to providing the best customer service and support.
