Please note that the warranty period may vary according to local laws and regulations. Some countries, states, and provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, so the limitation described above may not apply to you. You may have other rights from state to state, province, or country.

All EcoFlow products purchased on ecoflow.com come with a limited warranty, as shown below. BY USING ECOFLOW PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE ECOFLOW LIMITED WARRANTY.
We provide a limited warranty for purchases on ecoflow.com. The warranty period started when the original purchaser received the products.

Warranty extension
You can extend the warranty for products purchased between January 1, 2022, and August 31, 2022, by registering on the official website on or before October 15, 2022.
Warranty cannot be extended for products purchased before January 1, 2022.
Customers who have purchased products on or after September 1, 2022 will enjoy the warranty period (with warranty extension) listed in the table above. Customers are advised to complete registration as early as possible.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not apply:
- Non-quality related issues;
- Items purchased from unauthorized resellers;
- Purchases without valid proof of purchase;
- Items that have been refunded;
- Items that have expired their warranty period;
- Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;
- Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids or other external causes;
- Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;
- Lost or stolen products;
- Free products.
Cross-Regional After-Sales Service
EcoFlow does not provide a global product warranty, and the warranty service can only be obtained at a designated EcoFlow repair center.
To repair the product in an EcoFlow repair center when the product was purchased in another region, depending on part availability, customers can obtain a cross-regional repair service at an additional charge. (Some products do not support cross-regional repair even if the customer is willing to pay for the service. For more details, please contact EcoFlow Support.)
A cross-regional replacement service is not available for different versions of the same product.
The customer will need to bear customs duties, taxes, customs clearance, and other costs incurred for a cross-regional repair, regardless of whether it is the warranty or paid repair service.

Return Material Authorization (RMA) process
- Contact EcoFlow Customer Service Team at support@ecoflow.com or +1 (800)-368-8604 (this number supports English service only. International charges apply if calling from outside of the US).
- If your item is eligible for an EcoFlow Warranty, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. Please follow the instructions provided by EcoFlow Support to properly pack the products and return them safely.
- Please note that we can only provide return shipping labels for return packages in United States. For returns in other countries and areas, please contact EcoFlow Support at support@ecoflow.com for more details.
Replacement
- In case of replacement, delivery of the replacement item will be arranged within 15 business days (subject to changes caused by force majeure) after confirming that the defective item has been received at our warehouse. The final resolution is subject to the availability of the replacement items.
- The replacement warranty will be covered by a period equal to the remaining warranty period of the original item.
EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2 Limited Warranty
WHAT PRODUCTS ARE COVERED
To be entitled to the benefits of this limited warranty (this “Limited Warranty”), your EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2(hereinafter referred to“Panel 2”)must: (i) be purchased from EcoFlow or an EcoFlow authorized reseller; (ii) be installed by an installation technician recommended by EcoFlow's “Installation Consulting Service” or by a certified electrician that you find yourself. Both types of installers are hereinafter referred to as Certified Installers
WHO CAN MAKE A CLAIM
Limited Warranty claims can only be made by or on the behalf of the original purchaser who purchased the Panel 2 or other subsequent transferee of the Panel 2 at the Original Address who provides proof of ownership of such Panel 2.
WHAT IS COVERED AND FOR HOW LONG
Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Limited Warranty, each Panel 2 shall be free from defects in materials and manufacturing workmanship for a period of ten (10) years commencing on the day that the Panel 2 is installed at the Original Address (the “Warranty Term”). The Warranty Term is not extended if your Panel 2 is repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty; only the remainder of the original Warranty Term will apply to the repaired or replacement Panel 2.
YOUR SOLE REMEDY
If EcoFlow confirms the existence of a defect that is covered by this Limited Warranty, EcoFlow will, in its sole discretion, either repair your Panel 2 (using new or refurbished parts), replace your Panel 2 with an equivalent product (new or refurbished), or refund you the market price of the Panel 2 at the time of the warranty claim.
MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM
If you need to file a claim under this Limited Warranty, please contact EcoFlow Customer Service to submit a service request. For a Limited Warranty claim to be processed, it must include: (i) proof of ownership of your Panel 2; (ii) a description of the alleged defect(s); (iii) your Panel 2’s original installation date, part number, and serial number. Prior to returning any products, you must obtain a return authorization number from EcoFlow. Return shipping for the original product is the responsibility of the end user, and all returned products must be securely wrapped and packaged as directed or instructed by EcoFlow to avoid shipping damage.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTY ECOFLOW PROVIDES FOR THE PANEL 2, AND THE ABOVE REMEDY IS YOUR SOLE REMEDY. ECOFLOW LIMITS THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS OR SUFFICIENCY FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE, TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ECOFLOW SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ORAL OR WRITTEN, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE. ECOFLOW DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PANEL 2 WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT ALL ERRORS CAN BE CORRECTED. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY THE CERTIFIED INSTALLERS OR ANY ECOFLOW PERSONNEL SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
SOME STATES, PROVINCES, TERRITORIES, OR OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE REGIONS (COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS “A JURISDICTION” OR “JURISDICTIONS”) MAY NOT PERMIT LIMITS ON THE DURATION OF AN IMPLIED WARRANTY. THEREFORE, THE AFOREMENTIONED LIMITATION MIGHT NOT BE APPLICABLE IN YOUR CASE.
GENERAL EXCLUSIONS
This Limited Warranty does not apply to any defect or loss of product functionality resulting from any of the following: (i) abuse, misuse, improper handling, negligence, rust, or corrosion; (ii) accidents or force majeure events, including without limitation lightning, flood, earthquake, fire or other events beyond the reasonable control of EcoFlow; (iii) installation, commissioning, or repair of your Panel 2 or Panel 2 components that is performed by anyone other than Certified Installers; (iv) failure to service, maintain, or repair the electrical system connected to or landed in your Panel 2 according to the laws, standards, or requirements of the authority having jurisdiction; (v) failure to operate your Panel 2 in accordance with the 《EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2 Owner Manual》, 《EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2 Installation Guide》and any other instructions, documentation, or notices provided by EcoFlow, including through the EcoFlow official website or on the Panel 2 itself. (vi) installation of your Panel 2 other than in accordance with all applicable local electrical, fire, and building codes and regulations; (vii) any attempt to modify or modification of your Panel 2, whether by physical means, programming or otherwise, without the express written consent of EcoFlow; (viii) removal and reinstallation of your Panel 2 at a location other than the Original Address without the express written consent of EcoFlow; (ix) installation of your Panel 2 on a mobile structure or dwelling such as an RV or mobile home; (x) failure of any remote firmware update to the Panel 2 as a result of a failure of your internet connection; (xi) causes external to your Panel 2 including without limitation objects striking your Panel 2, faulty or damaged electrical wiring or connections, external electrical faults, circuit breakers or junction boxes; (xii) any damage done to your Panel 2 by any components or parts not compatible with your Panel 2; (xiii) failure to contact EcoFlow upon discovery of a defect covered by this Limited Warranty; (xiv) use of your Panel 2 for commercial purposes. Without limiting the foregoing, this Limited Warranty does not cover (a) normal wear and tear of your Panel 2; (b) superficial defects, dents or marks that do not impact the performance of your Panel 2; or (c) theft of your Panel 2 or any of its components. If a claim is made under this Limited Warranty and EcoFlow or a Certified Installer determines that the claim is not covered by this Limited Warranty, you will be liable for and shall pay for all field charges for labor or other expenses incurred in connection with such claim.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ECOFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF VEHICLE VALUE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF INCOME, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PERSONAL OR COMMERCIAL PROPERTY, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER CLAIMS FOR SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OR OTHERWISE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ECOFLOW’S LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF A CLAIM UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR PANEL 2 (EXCLUDING LABOR AND OTHER COSTS OF INSTALLATION).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
LIMITATION OF USE
YOUR PANEL 2 IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE WITH LIFE-SUPPORT SYSTEMS, OTHER MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, OR ANY OTHER USE WHERE PRODUCT FAILURE OR REMOTE SWITCHING OF ELECTRICAL CIRCUITS COULD LEAD TO INJURY TO PERSONS OR LOSS OF LIFE. ECOFLOW DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF ANY SUCH USE OF YOUR PANEL 2.
APPLICABLE LAW
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from Jurisdiction to Jurisdiction. The terms of this Limited Warranty will apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
EcoFlow BLADE 3+1
Replace, not repair:
EcoFlow BLADE Product and Part Replacement
1. During the warranty period, replacement service is available tfor EcoFlow BLADE purchased fromofficial authorized channels. The replaced product or part becomes EcoFlow's property and thereplacement product or part becomes your property. Only unalttered Ecoflow's products and partsare eligible for replacement.
2. If one of the three (EcoFlow Robotic lawn mower, lawn sweepper, or base station BP) fails, it onlyneeds to be returned to EcoFlow for replacement, without the neeed to return any of the other twoproducts or their individual accessories (such as the extensioncord, antenna assembly, ground nail,hexagon screwdriver, etc.). EcoFlow will provide users with a functional replacement withaccessories.
3. If accessories such as extension cables and antenna :screwdrivers are damaged due to non-humanfactors (excluding main products: Ecoflow Robotic lawn mower,lawn sweeper, and base station BP).EcoFlow can provide users with new accessories replacement dluring the warranty period
4. Replacement products or parts provided by EcoFlow rmay not be new, but it will be in good workingorder and at least functionally equivalent to the original productor part's warranty. A replacementproduct or part shall be covered for the time remaining in the original product's warranty. Replacement service will not terminate the warranty pperiod, or will it result in a restart of thewarranty period.
What This After-Sales Policy Does NOT Cover This policy does not cover the following:
1. Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, orshell opening is not in accordancewith official instructions or manuals.
2."Water damage or other damage caused by improper installation, incorrect use, or operation not inaccordance with official instructions or manuals.
3. Damage caused by a non-authorized service provider.
4. Damage caused by unauthorized modification of circuits and mismatch or misuse of the battery andcharger.
5. Damage caused by operation in bad weather (i.e. strong winds,rain, sand/dust storms, etc.)
6. Damage caused by operating the product in an environment with electromagnetic interference (i.e.in mining areas or close to radio transmission towers, high-voltagewires, substations, etc.).
7. Products or parts with an altered identification label or from which the identification label has beenremoved.
8. Damage is found to have been caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorizedthird-party parts.
Lifetime free accessories: EcoFlow BLADE users in North America and Europe who purchase Ecoflow BLADE through official authorized channels can enjoy free replacement service for lifetime if they lose or damage wiring harnesses, nails, screws and blades. Specific replacement rules are as follows:

The standard warranty period of EcoFlow GLACIER (purchased from officially authorized channels) is 12 months. Customers can enjoy a warranty extension of 12 months by registering the EcoFlow GLACIER on the official website or in the EcoFlow app.
