36 Month Limited Warranty*

The COMPANY warrants that all major components including the battery, controller, motor, display, frame, handlebars and wheels
will be free from defects in the materials and workmanship for 36 months from the time of purchase. Consumable parts such as the
tires and brake pads are wear and tear items and not covered.

Legion also provides paid repairs and parts for sale for products that are out of warranty.

If the PRODUCT proves defective AND a claim is filled during the warranty period, the COMPANY at its option, will:

1. Repair the PRODUCT by means of telephone support, email support, or by providing service at no charge for the parts or labor.

2. Replace the PRODUCT with a comparable PRODUCT which may be new or refurbished.

3. Refund the original amount paid for the PRODUCT, less a reasonable allowance for the usage, upon its return.

The following are not covered by the warranty

Damage has been caused by the modification or use outside those specified in the user manual.

The serial number of the product has been altered or removed.

The product has been dismantled and repaired/reassembled improperly or with aftermarket parts.

Water damage is not covered under warranty.

Damage or fault has been caused by other issues (excluding product design, manufacture, quality, etc).

Natural wear and tear that does not affect the product function (including scratches and wear and tear on frame, grip tape, tires,
etc).

Damage has been caused by accidents or human errors, such as breakage caused by rusting in a very wet environment.

Damage has been caused by acts-of-god such as fire, flood, earthquake, freezing, etc.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF THE MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ABOVE LIMITED 36 MONTH
WARRANTY PERIOD.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you if
inconsistent with controlling state law.

The product that is delivered to you will become your property at the time that you receive it provided that Legion Electric Motorsports has
received full payment for the product. As soon as Legion Electric Motorsports has delivered the product to you, you will become completely
responsible for it and for any loss or damage to it thereafter.

product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result

Our payments are processed through Shopify. They provide us with the online payment platform that allows us to sell our products
and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store
your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted
through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is
necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is
a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. For more

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

Legion Electric Motorsports currently ships to the following locations:

1) The LOWER 48 States. 

2) Hawaii & Alaska: Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are available. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

3) Canada: Shipments to Canada are available. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

5) Everywhere Else:  We currently do not ship individual orders to any other countries but if you are looking to place a larger order,
please contact us at support@legionelectricmotorsports.com for more details.

Shipping cost is calculated on a “per order” basis and is based on the size and weight of the package.

Order Processing Time

Most "In-Stock" products ship within 1-3 business days from date of order via FedEx Ground or USPS in the lower 48 states
(excluding AK & HI).  Once your product is picked up from our warehouse in Costa Mesa, CA, you will automatically receive an email
with your tracking information showing the anticipated delivery date. If you haven't received an email with this information yet it
simply means your order hasn't been shipped. 

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once your order has shipped. We are sorry but we do not ship to
P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We
recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be
significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track
your package directly on the carrier’s website.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase - please read our return & refund policy for detailed information about our
processes.

If you are not satisfied with the Product(s) that you purchased through our Website, you may return the Product(s) within thirty
(30) days from the date that we deliver the applicable Product(s) for a refund less a 15% restocking fee. The company will provide
a refund for the cost of the Product(s) not including any shipping charges within thirty (30) days of our email confirming your
refund. The Product(s) must not be damaged as determined in our sole discretion and must be returned in the original shipping
package.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions

The below terms are applicable to your Legion Electric Motorsports Cards (“Gift Cards”).

1. Purchase And Use Of A Gift Card

Gift Cards can be purchased online at legionelectricmotorsports.com only. Gift Cards may be redeemed on our website checkout. No taxes are
charged on the purchase of Gift Cards. Applicable taxes are charged at the time Gift Cards are redeemed. Please note that Gift
Cards purchased from our U.S. website (legionelectricmotorsports.com) can only be redeemed within the U.S.

2. Redeem A Gift Card

Gift Cards are redeemable towards the purchase of eligible goods and services online at legionelectricmotorsports.com.

3. No Expiration Or Fees

Gift Cards do not expire. There are no inactivity fees or other fees associated with Gift Cards.

4. Delivery For Gift Cards Purchased Online

Gift Cards purchased online via legionelectricmotorsports.com are delivered in digital form and will be emailed directly to the purchaser or the
person that the purchaser designates as the recipient. Digital Gift Cards are emailed directly to the purchaser, or the person that
the purchaser designates as the recipient and usually arrive within hours after ordering. Please note that Legion Electric Motorsports is not
responsible for incorrect digital Gift Card delivery due to the entry of an incorrect email address.

5. Risk Of Loss, Non-Refundable, Not For Resale

Legion Electric Motorsports is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. Lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be replaced. All Gift Card sales are final and nonrefundable. Gift Cards cannot be transferred to another gift card for value, or redeemed for cash, check or credit (except
as required by law). Please treat Gift Cards like cash and be sure to secure your Gift Cards accordingly. Legion Electric Motorsports reserves the
right to refuse to honor a Gift Card if Legion Electric Motorsports reasonably suspects that the Gift Card was obtained fraudulently or illegally.

6. Balance Inquiry

If you want to check the balance of your Gift Cards, please visit the Legion Electric Motorsports Help Center and submit a request.

7. General

By purchase, use, or acceptance of Gift Cards, you agree to comply with these Gift Card terms and conditions. Legion Electric Motorsports
reserves the right to (1) modify or amend Gift Card terms and conditions at any time; (2) void Gift Cards without a refund, cancel or
limit orders, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services if Legion Electric Motorsports suspects a Gift Card is obtained, used, applied
fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of this Gift Card Terms and Conditions or Legion Electric Motorsports Terms of Purchase.

Return Policy

Returning Products within 30 Days of Purchase: If you are not satisfied with the Product(s) that you purchased through our
Website, you may return the Product(s) within thirty (30) days from the date that we deliver the applicable Product(s) for a refund
less a 15% restocking fee. The company will provide a refund for the cost of the Product(s) not including any shipping charges
within thirty (30) days of our email to you confirming your refund. The Product(s) must not be damaged as determined in our sole
discretion and must be returned in the original shipping package. Follow these steps to return the Product(s) purchased through
our Website within thirty (30) days of the date that we deliver the applicable Product(s):

Create a shipping label addressed to “Legion Electric Motorsports– Returns”
Pack the Products in the original packaging and ensure the original packaging is still in good working order for shipping.

Once the Product(s) are received and verified, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your refund.

The Product(s) must be received by Legion Electric Motorsports within 30 days of the date that we delivered the Product(s).  Legion Electric Motorsports is not responsible for recovering the Product(s) from you or any third-parties, including shippers, or any delays caused by you or any third-parties, including shippers, and you acknowledge and agree that if Legion Electric Motorsports does not receive the returned Product(s) within 30 days of the date that we delivered the Product(s), you will not be entitled to a refund.
