RETURNS POLICY
We stand by our products and offer a 30 calendar day money-back guarantee if you are located in the US region.
If you are not fully happy with the products you have received, you may return them to us within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for returns, the product
- Must be undamaged, in new or like-new condition.
- Must include all original attachments, manuals, and other accessories in the original package.
Products under the following conditions cannot be returned:
- Does not include all original accessories, attachments, or packaging, or any item that is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents, or scratches.
- Any defect or damage of the product caused by improper use of or unauthorised modification to the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.
- The return request is not sent to Waydoo within 30 calendar days.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
You have up to 30 calendar days to start your return process from the moment you receive the item. Please include the original packaging with your return.
PLEASE NOTE
- You will need to pay a 10% restocking fee on any returns.
- We are NOT responsible for the return shipping cost of items in good condition.
- We are only responsible for the shipping cost for the return of the products with manufacturing defects.
- Items from different orders cannot be returned with the same package.
- Please DO NOT return any damaged products unless you're told to by a member of our support team. If you do this, it may delay us in resolving your issue.
FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO REGISTER YOUR RETURN
To exercise your right of return an item, you must contact us at sales@waydootech.com within 30 calendar days upon receiving your order. Please send us an email stating your decision to return the item.
Step 1 To return an item within 30 calendar days upon receiving your package, you must write to us at sales@waydootech.com to confirm your intention to return the item to us.
Step 2 After we confirm your request, we will send you a return form and the return address. Please fill out the return form, print it out, and send it along with the original purchase receipt and the item back to the return address.

Step 3 We will proceed with your refund within 7 calendar days after receiving the returned item. The refund will be applied to the form of original payment method used to make the order.
RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS?
Please contact our support team through support@waydootech.com with the following information if you think you have received a defective product:
PLEASE NOTE
- The invoice number of the purchase.
- Your name and address.
- A description of the defect.
- Any further information reasonably requested by Waydoo to verify and support your request.
- UPS claim reference number and any evidences that may help to verify the item is damaged during transit. (If applicable)
If you suspect the item is damaged during transit, please first file a claim with UPS before contacting Waydoo support team. Please make sure that you save all evidences that may help to verify your case.
Our support team will verify your request. We will provide you its replacement if it is determined that the product is indeed defective from the factory or transit. The shipping cost for returning the defective product and shipping the replacement will be covered by us.
REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@waydootech.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned in some certain countries, like power battery and hand controller (with battery cell inside). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
